Shipping policy

Sticker Orders

  • 1 to 3 Sticker Packs: Shipped in a standard envelope with extra protection to prevent bending. 
  • 4 to 6 Sticker Packs: Shipped in a Bubble Mailer with extra protection to prevent them from bending in transit. 

 

Prints & Mixed Orders

  • Small prints, larger prints, and mixed orders are shipped in the appropriate Tube or box depending on weight to prevent damage.

Why We Use Different Packaging

  • Lightweight orders fit safely in envelopes.
  • Larger sticker quantities or fragile prints need extra protection to arrive in perfect condition.
  • This approach ensures every order — small or large — arrives just as intended, without risk of bending or damage.

 

We work hard to ensure every order arrives safely and on time.

Lost Packages in Transit

If your order is confirmed by the carrier as lost during transit, we will reship your order at no additional cost. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and arrange a replacement shipment.

Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. We are unable to offer replacements, refunds, or compensation for packages that are marked as delivered but are subsequently lost, stolen, misplaced, or otherwise unavailable.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
